WAITING ON SIDELINES and here is why:

IF efficacy news hits, this will run hard, and you can buy into the run, thus eliminating SUBSTANTIAL RISK and still maintaing most of the gain. The gain will not be instantaneous, as it will take at least 1-2 days for the news to fully circulate.

IF news is bad, this will drop harder and faster than you can imagine. You won't be able to get out in time. I sold a few days ago and am patiently awaiting efficacy news.

MEANWHILE....AMDA is killing it with FDA approval for their drug already in other countries. Stock had massive gains today, with $!+ in the very near future. FDA approval is expected anyday. Take those profits and roll them into PPCH. Timing is perfect for this play.
