Yeah, Vietnam is going to break Kim's legs? There is nothing that says KBLB will see a dime of infrastructure money. Kim/we want other countries to produce technical textile fibers. This is an investment for their own benefit. They want to be the first to sell MS fibers. By being the first mass producer, they establish market dominance. They make money from the sale of MS, maybe we make some % of money on their production and products made using our fiber. Maybe Kim sets up shop(sntirely owned by KBLB) there for Big Red and follow on fibers too. VN would have to get payed somehow there too....maybe taxes. Anyway it appears they are putting out the red carpet.

It is a result, not the goal. Keep dilution low, wow maintaining whatever level of secrecy he desires, is the goal. There could be more goals as well....that conflict with each other.
