No electronic trading in GTCB?

Tried to place an order to buy some GTCB thru my trading software with Schwab and got a pop up messasage saying GTCB could not be traded electronically? Had to call Schwab trading on the phone to have my limit order entered. Anybody else run into this same thing? What gives? Is it perhaps related to dropping below $1 a share that it would be dropped from eligibility for normal electronic trading? Doesn't make any sense to me. Thanks in advance for any explanatory replies.
