Heard back from transfer agent this morning. No sign of recent dilution so all recent trade activity was either cross trades, shorts or retail sell-off. As of this monrning, the share structure is exactly the same as it was on January 31st per last filing: 1,472,519,032 shares issued and outstanding. I didn't look at the convertible debt load if any but, as far as share struture goes it's not horrible for a current filing company at .0001 in my opinion. And its a few days overdue but we should be seeing next quarter filing shortly. Has anyone here contacted the company about current operations recently?
