ALL WE CAN VERIFY is that INCC has no water application with the STate and none on record with Huerfano County

……..and the reason given by INCC is they dont have an educated driller to do the work , so INCC is going the LONG route and waiting 120 days for some Futureworld led group to obtain water rights………….for OTHER competitors that have applied ….it takes 30-90 days……for INCC…………………..well,, they havent even sent in their application of the NECESSARY FEES
