LOL. Short term trade 'flipping' has been right strategy on NRTI. That's just calling it what it is.
Long term accumulating this has been an awful strategy & almost certainly will prove to be in the future. I posted Friday not to trust this thing after I flipped out of it again (successfully), and I've said that every time in prior weeks when I 'flipped' NRTI.

It is time to face reality here on NRTI.
