yes im aware of all that...those are certainly possibilities...i figured id give someone the opportunity to spell it out...i cant believe that with that kind of news, all anyone would say is "gee sounds good"???...lol

I’m optimistic about it. I honestly think this is the best news since the WM collaboration. I believe that Kim will put out this info with more details in a PR as soon as he gets the green light to set up the sericulture facility.

if kblb is a part of that, fine...but really, all they need is about $1.5 mil to get started...the money issue was never insurmountable...personally i think he should take it from shareholders and not vietnam...

You have stated in the past, criticizing Kim on how he has avoided loans and other funding that can accrue interest and personal liability. Well, now it looks as if he may be taking some of that liability unto himself or the company. I assume this is because he believes that (at long last) he might actually start selling the silk soon and pay off the loan(s) before it generates too much interest.

His dilution rate thus far has been relatively small, usually generating around $100k a month max. If he suddenly starts ramping up the dilution in order to generate the large amount of money needed to set up the sericulture facility, it would almost definitely drive down the share price, even with a major PR. This method of financing I believe would be better. Honestly, I was hoping that Vietnam would help him out financially in the initial stages. It looks to me like they are.

in any case, if kim does have access to the money and intends to take it, what earthly reason would he have for not publicly reporting it?...

I believe he will when he takes the money. I don’t think he will take the money until they work out the legislation to let the transgenic silkworms in the country in the first place.

what is the strategy kim is using where he lets the pps rise, then drop, rise and drop untill it eventually ends up right where it started?...

I doubt that is his strategy, just the way the market has been treating his stock. I feel that if he had something to elevate the price of his stock any higher, he would put it out. It also may be manipulated to a degree by market makers and a certain financer.
