Or until they get suspended which could happen at any time considering their previous violation and ongoing monthly payments to the SEC.*
The irony is, if they want to cease (actually, suspend) SEC reporting by going dark they will have to become current first.

*All that being said the SEC does generally allow these delinquencies to drag on, so in that regard you're correct. In fact, of the 10 'companies' that got nailed last Nov. Only one of them is actually current.
