If I understood you correctly, you think a JV might be done that will raise the share price and require that LBSR secure additional claims or nearby assets as part of agreement?


Furthermore, this AS increase is therefore also a hedge against another Different entity which would jump using a hostile takeover offer to the shareholders after the first JV is announced or after it advances further in future? In other words once they see results of drilling by LBSR and first JV partner, they would offer then a higher share price to shareholders knowing that the minerals are most likely there and can be extracted....

Is that explanation correct?
