kinda-missed-this-FACT>>>……..water can be brought by truck or drilled…INCC has claimed the profit potential is HUGE……WHO CARES about an extra $30K in water hauling costs when the plot will profit $350K a year……..is $300K not good ?……??…...but its not making INCC start construcion……

DRILL for water is Plan A………haul water is PLan B….go with Plan B until Plan A is achieved…..simple

Do the Denver Broncos STOP playing the game when their star quarterback gets hurt….do they go SIT ON THE SIDELINE and pout and FORFEIT the game??????……NO, they go to Plan B and try their damndest to win the game……...

…..why is it OK for INCC to act like they cant start growing?????…….Huerfano County officials DID NOT say "drill or you cant build"….many farm businesses haul water…..property is ZONED agriculture.

INCC tries to convince shareholders of its excuse………..not FOOLING ME………..

…ITS 4 months PAST the La Veta/Future GROW PLOT ANNOUNCMENT………..4 MONTHS and not a shovel

plenty of people HAUL WATER tto accommodate their properties, thats why there is such a service………….just gotta know the territory………..INCC CEO says he rents a place in Colorado and commutes from his Florida residence………if he drove Hwy 160 at all he would see the water trucks making their daily rounds all over Huerfano County…….I think he likes Florida too much
