KEYO IS TOAST. PSS IS DOING AN IPO.

Never once has anyone said in an article or legal document that PSS would be doing an RM with any company...yet IPO has been mentioned several times...including that legal document. In fact...it says it will be worth 4bil. That makes those 30mil in NOLs look like pocket change.

ALSO...and most important...All mentions of an IPO have never been retracted by PSS or anyone at Nant.

The only place a RM has been mentioned is here...on this board.

IPO coming SOON!

What we have here...is a failure to communicate!
