I could be wrong, but MM's could be setting up EDEX for a nice bounce/run. It would not be totally unlike them, to let this one go, to a higher level.

Common sense dictates the closer we get to an announced rig arrival, the higher the pps would go. Something obvious is defying logic, here. IMO
