You make no sense. If you have a 10k, 10q's will also be there, or closely followed. Yes, late on 10Q's and a 10K, but how is that Leonards fault? None! Only Leonards responsibility now to get it corrected, and many trust he is getting it done, absolutely no reason to see or understand different! The merger has only been done for 30days now... Do you have any idea how much there is to do right now? How much they have done! Not to mention the regular day to day work, not just shareholder stuff! Why don't u cut our new owner just a little bit of slack with some patience! Seriously!

Dr. Leonard has not been late on a single thing. In fact he is the one pushing for current status. And his emails don't inform me of anything but the fact that they are working on the 10K, and a NEWS release/filing is coming "shortly" that includes company plans! I'm confused how you feel you deserve more in the first Month of ownership?

Still, More is coming, Much more. Be patient. Or sell and move on if unhappy. There is plenty of buyers for your cheapies!
