If you are correct then it is clear that LBSR would not raise even a fraction of a million before price crashes in face of this many shares...

If you are wrong then we need to hear that from the company of the plans for the Authorized share increase instead of guessing.. ..

Serious new investors will not waste their time guessing and need public information to calculate risk on.
