The A/S number is meaningless when the "management" controls the vote. It is just a number to manipulate. For all anybody knows, "management" used its 24 BILLION votes (that they gave themselves) out of 250 Million votes to R/S 1 for 1,000, increase the A/S to 5 Billion, and give away 2 billion of those shares last week leaving current shareholders with NOTHING (assuming they had something).

Your point that the "old EXTO" decreased the A/S is also flawed if you defend current management, who then increased the A/S by 2,300%.

It's a SCAM where they change the A/S and O/S at will.
