You mentioned possibly 8 cents speculative value about 80 million dollars at current share structure...No one knows....it could be Much more simply depending on the Quality/Finances of the Agreement....it would be a whole new ball game.

But first we need that Agreement worked out and completed.

Trying to sell shares by the company without this Agreement, after AS increase, will be near impossible to raise any real money at any reasonable price.
