Without a FN application, without guidance and without a stock repurchase program, I don't think the stock can go up. We'll have to wait and see what happens next week (?) when they announce the dividend policy. But we may have to conclude that this Board still hasn't learned much. And that Solomon's commitment towards creating shareholder value is nothing more than talk. Of course, if it was me on the BOD, I would do all three. And there would be no need to make promises all the time because I would simply do it. Instead of talk about it all the time.
