That's BS on many levels.

Some were under old management, most by far under current management.

This company...not some other company, is EXIT_ONLY. It changed it's name to Bayport International Holdings Inc, on January 17, 2012 and changed is trading symbol from EXTO to BAYP.

Old Management under EXTO was probably the most honest of the Management groups. At the time of the merger and name change, Louis Porter was at the helm. After SEC sanctions, he turned it over to his son and merely remained to consult his son. Allegedly it is his honest son now leading the company and so far his only actions have been to hire promoters, Sell stock and when he can find no buyers, give the stock away.

BAYP publishes financials in crayon in a coloring book and ex-accountants praise them as accurate and good work.

Whatever it takes, guys.

I have no humble opinions, but I do have opinions and those are what I express in my posts. BUT...I have been wrong before and likely will be wrong again so do your own research and don't blame me if you are too lazy to do so.
