Received this email from Mike Murphree in response to an email I sent him last night. I received it at 10:33am today. There isn't really anything new and exciting in it. I was just trying to get a feel for the company as there is not really much information online about the management teams history. Does anyone else here have any sources for some DD on the management team? Anyways here is the email I received from Mike:



Hello -


We certainly like to think we are a 'legitimate' operation.


Our operations to date have been pilot operations - we have a number of pilot operations intended to help us learn about various potential business opportunities within the legal cannabis sector. We have consumer product pilots such as the DuBe and Hippie Butter lines. We have growing pilots. We have healthcare pilots such as the Epivape product.


We have decided to leap into the consumer beverage space as our pilot work in this area has led us to what we believe is the first and most promising test to turn into a mainstream operation.


We are a small business today. We are optimistic that we can grow into a bigger business. Our resources to support our growth objectives are improving. Big plans with limited resources sometimes take longer to achieve than anticipated with the mission to acquire the resources frequently being the pacing item to achieving growth objectives.


The beverage business is our primary focus at the moment. We have some important next steps that require focus. Following the closing of our pending acquisition, you can look in the following weeks for updates on our other pilots.
