I make fun of it but it is very disappointing. Here are some facts:

1. Reverse Split mentioned in financials.
2. No proof of Verizon partnership
3. Company is not responding at all.
4. Office has been closed when multiple people in the area have stopped by.
5. Phone calls and emails are ignored.
6. Multiple weeks have gone by and now news or updates on conf call.
7. Company used to be traded under another symbol that went bankrupt.
