You guys think sue a company for default is an overnight procedure ???
It can take years talk to lawyer
First it needs to be behind at least 60 days
Second a letter is sent to notify that the account requires attention than 30 days for answer is given
3rd if no agreement a default letter
Than 30 days for answer
Than comes initial legal procedures
It's a long period of time
Nobody waits , is just the procedures that take long
