The other way to look at the "risk' question is this:

Once the risk is gone-- after SIAF delivers several quarters of solid growth with no further dilution, and once SIAF is listed on OSE, and once the financial reporting is on time and accurately done-- the price WILL likely be $50 or more.

And then, while there may be less risk at that future point in time, those who wait for lower risk will have missed a nice 3500 point move, and a tripling of their money.
