Well, let's see... OWOO pissed out 750 millions shares before the 750 for 1 Reverse Split last year.... ended up with an O/S of slightly more than a million shares outstanding. They've dumped another 250 million plus this year, so.... 750 million and 250 million still total a billion.

And they have 2 billion shares worth of convertible debentures, most of with are currently delinquent and drawing lawsuits.... and $736 dollars worth of sales this year. So what comes next? Dilute, dilute, dilute.
