Question for anyone. If E-85 increases horsepower & performance could it replace the mid-level 89 octane gasoline? If so that would really be a huge price difference.

My brother bought his wife a BMW & the LAST THING the salesman said to him as they were driving off the lot was "by the way. this car will only run on premium gas," & my brother said he was sure right.

If Ethanol could replace that nickle difference with increased performance that would sure make a lot of converts.
