It's market perception, New companies usually have lock ups so there shares can't be sold for awhile. I for one am not saying this company won't appreciate in time regarding share price but like the old saying goes"time is money". And there is a good chance this company won't be profitable this quarter. And if they are not shares should not be offered to insiders. That's the way it was in the old days, now they give shares if you sell so much. Anybody can sell but not everybody can sell and make a profit, but we shall see.
