I disagree, it is far from irrelevant....when the 10-12g was filed Johnson was a verified auditor.

The fact is had the 10-12g gone effective ( and 2014 been done on time ) Johnson's audits would have stood.

This is the part that is misunderstood imo, the reason his audits are now obsolete is because they cannot be re-filed because he's sanctioned.

The first time he was not sanctioned, the second he would have been....fact is HHSE paid for the audits and filed the 10-12g...what happened to Johnson AFTER that filing was no fault of theirs.

As far as not caring about shareholders, if true that would include themselves. Three things are hurting this stock right now, the dilution, lack of a visible improvement with Vodwiz, and the 10-12g still hanging....until something happens at least one of these look for continued stagnation.
