Maybe the company can say they can not comment because it is non public information. ANYTHING BUT EXACTLY WHAT IS RELEASED IN A PRESS RELEASE. Note the words used. PARTNERSHIP.

If I understand this correctly, a person calls, the CEO and ask's what are the NRG labels doing on your chargers. A legitimate reply would be WE ARE IN A PARTNERSHIP WITH NRG. That person then goes and spams that to a slew of investors, they buy stock. Then when the press release happens the price goes up and all those traders profit on that information.

Now If that were the case in itself would mean Brian is incompetent as a CEO and I would think FINRA would have to take some sort of action. Again let's not rush to judgement. Anyone could have leaked out that information. I am pretty sure some know the details already. The rest of us will have to wait.
