Don't agree, it's pretty simple. If someone has knowledge that is not public knowledge, then they are not allowed to trade their stock as that would be insider information. Ask Martha Steward about Insider information. she was a shareholder who acted on information that wasn't public knowledge. If she would not have sold or shared the information with anyone else, no issue.
