The funny part looking back is that every quarterly report is late! I think I know why. See ken pays his "consultants" with checks after diluting the crop out of shareholders. THEN in an arrangement made the consultants kick back 50% to ken under the table. So between losing 50% then having piles and piles and piles of cash to count, he never has time to produce a quarterly in time and can't go to a closing table with barrels of cash. I got it!!! Haha
