Now I'll be interested to see in their annual filing what type of investment they've made supplies to build new Hydro units for the anticipated 2,750.
If we're not seeing the cash allocated for build, that's a big concern for me.
Now, I've tried to confirm over and over with IR if the units were ever delivered, and if not what is the hold up. That PR was from 5 months ago!
Roger was basically saying, not exactly sure what's going on with Mexico, these are the pitfalls with doing business in Mexico, etc.
Well that's all well and good but that is the exact opposite of what they stated in that January PR. The time for them to lock up this Rutas deal was like YESTERDAY! Get on it already, management!
