itsabouttime, yes it has some indirect bearings.

Your conclusion as to the ground of the CA is correct.
However, that is clear to people that follow PPHM and know what this is all about.

People that do NOT follow PPHM or some people on Wall St. in funds or II's, they see that a CA is pending. No more no less because for all the rest they need to do D&D.

Many traders will not engage in a company with a CA pending. Why should they. there are more then sufficient other stocks, there is no extra bonus to trade a company with a pending CA, on the contrary, if it goes wrong they'll be told they could know and didn't have to take the risk.

BlackRock and dart, bout with about or above 5% of PPHM have awareness and follow PPHM or they would not be in it with the CA pending, IMO.
