It's hard to dispute the IRS FDIC's own numbers for the NOL as $170,000,000 or $5.78 per share, less any concessions,...... there for giving the over all Value to the shares at $485,714,285.71 or a per share value of $16.52 Plus Interest at .06% for a five year total Interest of $4.95 ....

I think we all know by now that the Bank was taken illegally Under Color of Law and the shareholders must be made whole again. At this point I don't know if the perpetrators will serve any time for their action, but we know they should.
