The question asked in the CC about what percent royalty will Elite get was a non-starter for the same reason that they have never publicly revealed the amount of the milesone payments. I don't understand why anyone thought they would get an answer to this questions. We can all guess the mount of milestone payments based on revenues reported, and we will probably be able to do a similar thing with the % royalty. This has probably been (and should be) deemed "business sensitive" by both EPIC and ELITE. Neither one of them benefits from anyone other than the two of them knowing the percent payment. If someday in the future Elite wants someone else in a similar deal to pay them more, this deal being public will make it difficult for them to do. If EPIC wants to cut a better deal in the future with some other company they want to produce drugs for if this agreement is public it will work against them. Future parties will say "Why pay you more you took $$$ from >Elite/Epic>. I am sure both companies signed a non-disclosure agreement saying they would not reveal the details and are legally bound not to do so.

If someone already pointed this out, consider this a repeat, because it seems to be bothering more people than I would of expected.
