scam scam scam...

as per the financials they are in profits for the last 2 quarters... so why do they need to increase the A/s if they are profitable..
any bank will be happy to extend a credit for the business..
they had a revenue of 2 million and plus.. they can very well get credit of 2 - 10 x revenues from a bank

now they increased A/s by 400 mn .. at .01 they can get is 4 - 6 mn
this does not make any business sense ..

also had i been the founder going to prison, I would have increased the value of this asset ( company)
coz when I leave the devaluation will start on its own ( however the competent person is in charge)
now for a devalues asset it will go to junk

also after I return from sentence I would have had an asset worth reviving and growing .. but now it will go to junk or down the drain..
