NH believes that generics are bread crumbs and likely not worthy of mention alongside ART products. He can not issue shares against the generics as he can against the ART potential. The sorry fact is that he entrusted Epic with the ANDAs and now acts as it would be Elite taking of its precious time to keep Epic on the ball. Oops; maybe he did followup and was told to go fly a kite!
