I think the audit has wrapped up-no audit_coming

Yeah, it's about as wrapped up as it was in Dec 2013, when it was suppose to be embedded in a filed Form 10. Noted once again, the original concept that an audit would support a Form 10 filing, has the Form 10 sliding into the background.

How exactly do you audit an Okie plugged oil well valuation? It would be interesting to see a M&K explain to the PCAOB how BAYP acquired all these wells for... FREE. It's extremely unlikely M&K would provide cover for this oil scam risking their license.
