You really need to read the CC transcript? Can you confirm you did?

If so then how are you asking that they put them on hold, when it states EPIC is brought in and they are not on hold.

I asked the question (I had a bunch as I did not know when or if I would get on the call, and at the time no one spoke to the generic side, hence my question). I heard the response and no where in there did ELTP say they are on hold.
