"Amend certain provisions...." well that clears it up regarding the previous agreement.

We will continue to disagree on the reasons why Mansour is now our largest owner but I do hope it pays off.

BTW, a simple google search on the legal definition of a "public offering" will reveal where the 35 people reference came from. If it isn't true please call the folks at Investopedia. LOL GLTY
