months of blatant disregard of SEC requirements and fiduciary responsibilities to shareholders in the form of not filing is unacceptable business practice for a public company
It means a whole hell of a lot if you care about even one penny of your investmemt
Actually, SEC requires them to "post" their financials to the public. Failure to do so coupled with shady business practice does make them.. "bad"
There already has been an investigation. The SEC doesn't suspend stock tickers on a whim.
