I am trying to understand the implications of the AIG decision

Seems to me several bright reviewers - ironically - note that HERA makes the first seizure kosher so a CLAIM (this one or one by common or ?) for a taking can be found and government forced to pay for its taking

NOTE I did not say I understand HERA or that Lamberth undersands

I did fear HERA would be used by ALL courts to say - well we can do nothing

That fear still exists

At the moment - I added my read of others to say in its IRONIC fashion HERA may be a door opener to other large money
