Tchauncy, I hear what you're saying about the supposed illegal behavior, but from some of the feedback I've gotten, the "illegality" may not be as troublesome as some make it out to be.

That doesn't mean that I'm not unhappy about the 25% working interest that (we think) Perseville bought for a song, but so far, we simply don't know if that $2.1 Million price tag is correct.

As for the conversion or the $1.5 million bond into 13.7 million shares, if indeed it required a filing for owning > 10%, this "oversight" might not be that big of a deal...or so I've been told by whom I believe to be a very reliable source. Why has there not been a 10% (or is it 5%?)filing since the exposing of this illegal non-filing? Could it be that there is no problem here?

To my way of thinking, the only good thing about the dissident group is that they are not TGC, but by the same token, I don't see much of a body of success in the dissident group to get me excited.

Do we know if there is time to get the licenses transferred back to Holloman in time to meet the Jan 15 2016 deadline for drilling on 444?

I would love to see something worked out between the 3 parties that would move this along so we can drill.

I would also love if TGC had the opportunity to buy 12.5% W I from for 50% of what Perseville paid...but I'm probably dreaming.
