I'm talking about anti-dilution for Mansour and any offering made to more than 35 people is considered a public offering so I'm still not convinced that it did not occur and triggered the share count adjustment so as not to dilute Mansour's investment. When you give someone in dire straights for cash $20 million it all makes sense versus they just gave 33% of their O/S to them for some other unknown reason.
