Nope. The hairline is not the same, the foreheads are different, the distance from the center of the eyes to the hairline are definitely different.

The eyelids are different.

The chin is not the same. The upward arch of the chin, is much bigger on the guy on the left. Distance from the top of this arch to the bottom of the lower lip is different.

The distance from the upper lip to the bottom of the nose are
different.

The smiles are not the same. The Guy on the left has an overbite.

Guess he plucks his eyebrows!

The creases at the top of the nose are at different angles.

The ratio of height to width of the two are different.

No even close. That's my professional opinion.
