It looks to me like UDTA plans to grow through acquisition going forward! They say the acquisition target is undetermined at this time, but that the goal is a $2.5M REV company by the end of 2006! I assume that they must have some companies on their radar to make such a move/announcement!

Now we wait for an announcement of a letter of intent to reveal UDTA's next move! Let's hope it comes within the next 2 months. For all we know they are interested in gaspricewatch.com! I don't even know if they meet the revenue requirement, but they still seem to be working together! UDTA's cell phone road whiz is still a link on the gaspricewatch.com website.
