Have to agree. Those kind of shenanigans being pulled by this Lester Einhaus fellow, as detailed within the court documents in regards to the misrepresentation when selling the illegally issued shares, are reprehensible.

This happened before the reverse merger that brought DSUS into existence Since then Peter Villoitis has stepped down allowing the NEW FOLKS to assume control while taking this NEW COMPANY in a NEW DIRECTION to the betterment of shareholders.

I like the opportunity here.
