You can get l2 from TD Ameritrade for free. Just sign up and download thinkorswim, no money needed. I used it for months for free before deciding to transfer some money over to try trading with that platform. Here is a couple pics of stocks with buy volume at end of day, Ecig the first, from that you can see the buy and sell balance out eod, but the second stock showing the price is probably going up at eod.
