Off course it will happen with this company. A reverse merger would be likely happened for Udta. You mean to tell me that New management spent $210,000 for nothing. Obiviously, they have a real intention with udta otherwise "buyout contract" would be null and void. At least, give them a chance to turnaround this company. I am not saying it wouldn't happen but I can tell you that the probablitiy is highly likely a "reverse merger" will occur in the near future. Stay tuned. :)
