the very first "DoM Edict"... commanding all shareholders to relinquish 90% of their shares to the debenture.

Pearl may actually try something like that. If you think its farfetched, consider some of the stunts pulled by Pat Robertson.

It will never be labeled a reverse merger - it's more like "that which shall not be named"
