I would like to remind...
That I posted real, bona-fide info, from the record, from the horses mouth (digi-phony-ca), from back before they melded w/vplm, their report, when they could not sell any patent applications, that they were tired of it & wanted to get out of the business altogether & go in other directions and listed their own valuation of the patent applications. I cannot recall at the moment if it was just for LI or the suite (I'd have to check) but their last valuation was near $400k & was based on their costs.

Does that sound like they had rcvd a $30 million offer from MS?
