you have your facts wrong... MDRM is supposed to make payments to their MMPR candidate and they havent been funding that MMPR candidate what do you know about the structure of their deal? MDRM doesn't own the grower Aero farms. Grower claiming breech of contract and that MDRM wasnt allowed to resell its option to buy and that they are walking away from MDRM

they (MDRM) were to pay the grower on successful pre inspection ok from Health Canada.. but health canada removed that function so there is no pre license inspection anymore grower isnt handing over fully MMPR license for 5 million to MDRM (who doesn't even have a grower) < minor detail but a significant one as the sellers plan to retire
